We do not hand off a prototype and disappear. Every system we build, we are prepared to run. That is how we know it works.

Why us
A practice, not a lab.
Not a lab. Not a research team. Alex Fox is a technology director who has shipped and operated agent systems in production, inside a real organization with real constraints. That is the work of surviving the constraints that decide whether an agent lasts inside a real company: identity and access, audit, procurement, the on-call rotation, and the people who never asked for a new tool. We work inside those constraints every week rather than read about them.

Every engagement has Alex Fox accountable for it. The fleet does the work. A person owns the outcome.
Humans where it matters
Routine changes ship on automated checks: separate agents, browser tests, policy rules. Anything touching security, data, money or production access waits for a person. You decide where that line sits; code holds it.
Built to be run
We build what we are prepared to operate. If we would not put it on our own on-call, we do not ship it to yours.
